Our website sometimes hosts online competitions for which entry requires you to supply personal details. The following are the standard terms and conditions which apply to our competitions. Standard Competition Terms & Conditions
- Open to all entries from people living within the CW postcode area except those involved in the administration of the competition, employees, agents, and their employees, or family members of The Market Shopping Centre and its promotional partners.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Entrants must be 18 years or over.
- All entrants’ details may be used in promotional activity/materials and the winner(s) may be required to participate in promotional activity related to the competition.
- The competition is promoted by The Market Shopping Centre.
- Entry to the competition is deemed as full acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
- The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Market Shopping Centre reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with a prize(s) of equivalent value if the original is/are no longer available. The prize(s) cannot be exchanged or refunded and is/are non-transferable.
- The winner(s) will be notified by The Market Shopping Centre or their representatives by email or phone, as appropriate to the competition, within 7 days of the competition closing date. They will then be announced via The Market Shopping Centre social media channels. - Winners must respond to The Market Shopping Centre within 7 days of being notified of their prize, otherwise The Market Shopping Centre reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- All prizes must be collected from or delivery arranged (as appropriate) with The Market Shopping Centre within a further 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
- You are providing your information to The Market Shopping Centre.
- Errors and omissions excepted.
- The competition(s) and these Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by English law.

HOW TO ENTER
Users are eligible to enter our Facebook competitions by liking and/or commenting on a specific post(s) displayed on The Market Shopping Centre Facebook page. Other competitions may require you to submit a form with further details to be eligible to win.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time; the prize(s) is/are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The competition is promoted by The Market Shopping Centre.
- No cash or alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
- Prizes may be provided by third parties. No travel costs or expenses used in collecting or using the prize(s) will be covered. The Promoter has no responsibility for onward use of the prize(s).
- The closing date is as specified in the specific competition and The Market Shopping Centre reserves the right to amend the competition end dates at any time.
- By entering a Facebook competition, entrants acknowledge that their Facebook username, profile picture and any submitted content will be published on The Market Shopping Centre Facebook page and may be viewed by all web users. - The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Any content deemed inappropriate will be removed at their discretion. False and/or deceptive entries shall render entry ineligible.
- The winner(s) will be notified by The Market Shopping Centre or their representatives through Facebook, email, or phone, as appropriate to the competition, within 7 days of the competition closing date. Winners must respond to The Market Shopping Centre within 7 days of being notified of their prize, otherwise The Market Shopping Centre reserves the right to select an alternative winner(s).
